Performance and Music Creation
At Rogue Music Lessons, we believe that performance is a crucial component of music education. Instruments we Teach
Piano Lessons
Our piano lessons encompass both classical and modern styles. All of our teachers are classically trained, but we also have instructors who specialize in modern styles, playing by chords, playing by ear, and songwriting.
Learning the piano is one of the best ways to visualize music for composition, and everything learned in piano lessons transfers to other instruments. It’s an excellent instrument to begin your musical journey.
Guitar Lessons
Guitar lessons are among the most popular options today. The guitar is probably the easiest instrument to pick up and play at a level where you can enjoy your favorite songs. Our teachers offer guitar lessons that cover modern, chord-based approaches, classical guitar, and styles like rock, metal, blues, and jazz.
While we encourage all students to learn to read sheet music, it is not required. All styles in our guitar lessons incorporate solid music theory. We also offer bass guitar lessons at all skill levels.
Vocal Training
The classically trained vocal instructors at Rogue Music offer vocal lessons to help any student find and develop their natural singing voice. Students can learn to sing properly, build their voice into a strong and powerful instrument, and learn to sing for their theatre group or band, or for personal enjoyment and enrichment.
